Health and Physical Education is a compulsory subject for all students in Years 7 –10.
Year 7 (EXCEL)
Students are involved in two practical and one theoretical class per cycle. They develop their fundamental motor skills in units of work which include Athletics, Swimming, Netball, Football, Soccer, Basketball and Minor Games.

Year 8 (LINCS)
Physical Education is compulsory for Year 8 students in both semesters. As in Year 7 the subject is includes both practical and theoretical components whilst the nutritional aspect of the subject is studied in Home Economics.

Years 9 & 10
Students continue to build on skills learnt in Years 7 and 8 as well as studying units of Volleyball, Dance, Sof-lacrosse, Korf Ball and Chook Ball.
During semester two students are given the opportunity to choose a Physical Education class. Choices include Personal Training, Major Ball Sports, Minor Ball Sports, Recreational Pursuits, The Right Moves and Team Sports
Students also complete a semesters' work in Health Studies learning about Nutrition, Drugs, Human Reproduction and Road Safety.
Students can also elect Health Issues which is a extension of the Health Studies unit and prepares students for VCE Health and Human Development.
NOTE: All students must take one compulsory unit of Health in Middle School, but may choose to study one further Health unit. All students take PE for both semesters in Years 9 and 10.

Year 11 & 12 (VCE)
Students have the option to elect units from:
Physical Education: Where students examine the biological, physiological, psychological, social and cultural influences on performance and participation in physical activity.
Health and Human Development: Where students investigate health and human cevelopment in local, Australian and global communities.
Outdoor and Environmental Studies: Where students study the ways humans interact with and relate to natural environments.
