Students enrolling for Year 7
All new students are required to complete an enrolment application, including a fee of $100. An interview will then be arranged by the Registrar. On the completion the student's interview, a letter of offer and Erolment Confirmation paperwork will be posted.
Once the Confirmation of Enrolment, including a fee of $300 ($200 will be credited off school fees), has been recieved by the Registrar, the students enrolment will be secured.
An interview can be requested by yourself to discuss special needs for financial assistance or any other concerns you may have. A tour of the school facilities can be conducted by contacting the Registrar.
Once your child has enrolled they are invited to attend the college on two separate days throughout the year:
- Year 7 (2012) Trial and Testing Day
- Orientation Day (only enrolled students)
We believe these two days are part of the successful transition from Primary School to Secondary School which allows your child to meet with other friends and make new ones before starting.
The success of our Year 7 EXCEL program has seen the number of applications rise considerably in recent years. We are committed to keeping a limit of students in each EXCEL class in order to ensure its continued succes in assisting with the safe, happy and educationally strong transition from primary schooling to secondary schooling.
We therefore have limited places available. Our Year 7 - 2013 Enrolment & Scholarship applications close 2nd March, 2012.

Day Students or Boarding Students enrolling for Years 8-12

FAQs
When will I know if my child is accepted?
Once you have indicated your intention to enrol your child the Registrar will make contact with you within the week of the enrolment interview.
What do I bring to the interview?
A copy of your child’s most recent school report and NAP Plan test is required to be sent or faxed to the college a week before the interview.
I am from overseas, can I study at Monivae?
Overseas students are eligible to enrol if they can speak English and have family/guardian living in Victoria. Overseas students are required to attend an enrolment interview.
