Heather brings extensive experience in education, leadership, and curriculum to her role as Director of Learning and Teaching at Monivae College, having taught across a range of Melbourne’s metropolitan Catholic schools.

Her career has included leadership roles at St Bede’s College as Head of Mathematics and Coordinator of Individual Differences (Mathematics), Loreto Mandeville Hall as Daily Organiser and VCE Coordinator, and Avila College as Daily Organiser and Timetabler. These diverse experiences have shaped Heather into a thoughtful and strategic educational leader.

Heather holds a Master of Individual Differences and is currently completing a Master of Leadership, reflecting her strong commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning.

Guided by Catholic social teaching, Heather’s leadership is grounded in compassion, justice, and respect for the dignity of all. She is deeply aligned with the Charism of the Sacred Heart and is passionate about fostering a learning community where every individual is known, valued, and inspired to flourish.
