Dale graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Surveying in 1989 and built valuable experience working in both private practice and the public sector. In 2014, he completed a Diploma of Education (Middle Years) at La Trobe University, before joining Monivae College in 2015.

Since then, Dale has been a dedicated member of the teaching staff, working across Mathematics and Science and serving as a homeroom teacher for a range of year levels. His commitment to supporting students has been a consistent focus throughout his time at the College.

In recent years, Dale has developed a strong passion for guiding senior students through the important final stages of their schooling. This has seen him expand his pastoral leadership, taking on the role of Assistant Senior School Coordinator, before stepping into the position of Senior School Coordinator in Term 2, 2026.

Dale values the personal and spiritual growth he has experienced at Monivae. The MSC values that shape the College community strongly align with his own, continuing to inspire his dedication to teaching and student wellbeing.
